Portraits DA Visions photography

When I post client proofs for their selection process, sometimes you say to yourself, oh they will like this one or that one. But sometimes, they don’t select the ones you think are good. why? who knows. Maybe it’s because I do the editing and I can see where I want the image to go. In a proof, they can’t. It’s also true that what someone thinks is beautiful another may not. “We are our own worst critics” and “to each their own” is sooo true. I often find myself editing other photos that the client didn’t select. Occasional they will get in touch with me asking to purchase those also.

Here are a couple more from Randall. She didn’t select them, but I did, I like them. I like her expression, she talks with her eyes. To each their own. =)

Easton Photography

Easton PA Photography stroll

Easton photography, Mel and I took to the streets in Easton PA  to  freshen up on locations for future sessions. Easton is rich in textures and colors. If you like Urban settings and are really interested in an affordable portrait session, don’t settle for the ordinary, give us a call.  Although we didn’t dress the part =) it was nice to stroll around and enjoy how much Easton has improved over the 30 years of living here. I will just assume our hard working tax dollars went to help that =)
Here are some from that day

Easton Portrait session

Easton Portrait session with Hannah

Hannah came to find us on the web through a referral. To my disbelief, she told me that she never had  graduation or senior portraits taken. Hannah, or known as Hanzy on Facebook is a 23 year old Centenary college graduate with a major in history and business marketing. She is a two sport athlete for both Phillipsburg high school as well as Centenary, basketball and lacrosse. She currently works in Hunterdon County and is also a recruiting coordinator for the Stevens institute of tech women’s basketball team. She was a joy is work with. Her smiles come easily and with spirit. Here are a few from her day.

Newborn Luke

Welcome little newborn Luke

Born into this world on May 8th, at 6 pounds 4 ounces. Just in time to celebrate Mothers Day!

Here are a few from his session.
